We’ve started to get used to it, OH has learnt to be polite, Alexa doesn’t do please and thank you apparently. :D (Grumpy old man wonders about kids language skills!). To us the software appears awesome, when it works! A couple of times we’ve had to go back to Settings in the tele. Maybe OH...

Having problems with Radio Paradise?
First post
Last post
It's an excellent radio show in my view, although I don't listen to it very much at all. But when I do I can say its brilliant! I had no issue as mentioned above because I don't use all of those smart speaker things. But it says if you just tune into radio paradise normally it will work. Despite...

Thought it was time to resurrect this thread (and it's not political); in IMDB notes of a film that contained just one goof: When the train does an emergency brake and luggage and people are being tossed all over the place a coffee cup and coffee pot in front of the main character remains...

Anti-vaxxers want a world free from vaccinations. What we have now is a world without just ONE. Why anyone thinks that not vaccinating is a good thing is just beyond my comprehension.

Thanks MacBiter for chipping in. Rock Island Line is not on the EP. The sleeve notes mention the musical tension in one of the numbers, leading to Barber and Colyer going their separate ways. Didn’t notice it myself, but then I’m not an expert, just know what I like. A couple of years ago one of...

As long as we are talking about users, how does a bot : become a registered user :o ? I had to jump through hoops and be vetted in order to register :!: Bots are pre-registered for search capabilities.

Only just seen this. I would have voted Remain, so that boosts the result even more. :) I can only suggest you spend more time on the Couch :) With more time, more energy, and fewer other places to go, I would!

Called up jezza's first link and set it for subtitles; they came up in German, but it would appear to be incapable of translating into English except for about one word in a dozen

There is a smattering of software which allows one to download just about anything on/from the web. So it would be on your device, and not streamed (online). Downie is about the best. It works with YouTube.

As a regular tube user, I thought it was obvious. But then I’m a techie and I know how the system works. It’s also very easy to get a refund if you set up an account.
