It seems that RWG doesn't support short code messages.

five digit numbers: eg 88291 for Radio 2(and others). I get a "not delivered" message. This is despite being able to send a text to a normal number. Can anyone tell me why? iOS 12.5.7, PAYG with RWG using the EE network. |

It could be that texting to premium rate numbers isn’t allowed on your account. You may need to log into your EE account to activate it. |

They say that it's "not something EE currently provide to us", but they are working on it. |
