Actually, yes, if any members have not donated this year, please do. The m4m bank account has been raided and wasn’t quite enough. Hosting gone up here too by about 15% since last year

This is not what I expected (bank-wise). I went to do a transfer and my ruddy bank has "lost" your sort code and account number from my valid accounts list. It has been there for years so odd that it has gone but there it is. Please PM and I'll cough up (when sober, so not tonight).

Quite a few of my previous payees have gone from my bank account. I'd guess something anti-scam, the bank would say, but added back and donation sent.

My EyeTV Diversity packed up last week after 10+ years of service. Found one on eBay(still in it's unopened plastic bag) for £24. Bargain. I see there is an Apple Event today entitled "Scarily fast". That has to be Macs, maybe M3 and stuff but that is speculation. I usually watch these things but not this one. It starts at midnight so I'll catch the recording unless I'm having another bad sleep night.

Trying to find a new high visibility cycling jacket with reflective strips/coating. Every one I like (and can afford) is either out of stock or there is no size available. First world problems.

Schadenfreude. When it is November the 5th and there's fireworks being set off and the heavens suddenly open and a proper deluge fell. OK, it didn't last long but the thought of the people getting soaked made me happy.
