Doodling around YouTube and found this entertaining little song that always had my dad chuckling when it came on the radio

Tonight I have gone back to 1970 on vinyl as I can't get this any other way.
Band - Panama Limited, album - Indian Summer.

Muse - Will of the People.
Full album released today.
I'd say 'more of the same' but that isn't in the bad or boring sense. I like them. Others don't (e.g. my daughter).

Not right now... but a little while ago I spent 22 minutes (and one second ) listening to side one of Jethro Tull's Thick as a Brick. Very interesting - and surprising - to hear that on radio uninterrupted... Apparently partly inspired by Monty Python You're right - I do have too much time on my hands...

I never saw Jethro Tull live but I almost got my hands on an advertising standee of Thick as a Brick back in the day. Tonight - The Kinks are The Village Green Preservation Society. I can still sing along. I say "sing" but I realised I couldn't do that after trying in folk clubs But I get the lyrics right. Amazing what we remember from our youth.

For those who grew up in 'The Decade' not remembering lyrics from our middling years onwards probably means what came after our younger days is boring pop pap and not worth remembering.

Live at the Roundhouse - Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets.
I'd not heard of this until a few days ago. One for early Pink Floyd appreciators.
--edit-- Added a Wiki link to where the tracks are listed.
