I would be surprised if there is a Music app available in the App Store. Apple aren't keen on people duplicating the functionality of some of their core apps, especially Music with Apple Music being something they are keen for us all to subscribe to. I'm actually surprised they let you hide it in the Music app and iTunes.

If so, turn off Apple Music in Settings ▸ Music ▸ Show Apple Music ▸ OFF. Then open Music and tap "Edit" in top right corner and choose your option.

In my Music app, all I have showing is my Library and then underneath that Artists and Albums.
